Vi villbekanta dig nedan med våra vanliga villkor, som styr hur vibearbetar och löserdina köp.

1.Upprättandeav kontrakt och leverans av varor

1.1Förbeställningar som görs online på www.murop.com ingår vi endast finskaellerengelskspråkiga avtal. Du kan välja önskat språk genom attanvändaspråkväljaren i rubriken på webbplatsen.

1.2 Närdubeställer Murop-partnervaror är ditt kontrakt med Murop AB, Pionjärvägen23,Arlandastad.

1.3Genomatt klicka på "Köp nu" gör du en bindande beställning förvarorna idin kundvagn. När du har skickat din beställning skickar vi digene-postbekräftelse om din beställning. Ett bindande avtal bildas när dufårorderbekräftelsen från oss. Observera att artiklar som beställtsmedförskottsbetalning (reserverad) kommer att skickas så snart vi får betalningavhela inköpspriset och eventuella fraktkostnader. Vi ber dig därför att överförainköpsprisetomedelbart efter att ha fått orderbekräftelsen.

1.4Dusamtycker till överlåtelse av säljarens fordringar på betalningavköpeskillingen till tredje part, särskilt till Nets, Finlands filial.

1.5Observeraatt vi, som undantag, inte är skyldiga att leverera din beställningom våraleverantörer inte levererar lager korrekt eller i tid, trots att vi harföljtkorrekt beställningspraxis i slutet. För att detta undantag ska gällamåste viinte vara juridiskt ansvariga för att varorna inte är tillgängliga,och vi måsteha meddelat dig om situationen utan onödigt dröjsmål. Dessutom fårvi inte haantagit någon upphandlingsrisk i förhållande till den beställdavaran. Om varorinte är tillgängliga kommer vi att återbetala alla betalningarsom du gjort utanonödigt dröjsmål.

1.6 Vitarinte risken att behöva köpa beställda varor någonannanstans(upphandlingsrisk). Detta gäller även för beställningar av generiskavaror (därendast varans typ och egenskaper beskrivs). Vi är endast skyldiga attlevererafrån vårt tillgängliga lager och från det lager vi har beställt frånvåra leverantörer.Vårt lager inkluderar den relevanta Murop-partnerns lager därMurop-partnerbeställs. Vi levererar från Finland, där tidsperioder uttrycks iarbetsdagar,vi förstår arbetsdagar som alla dagar mellan måndag och fredag​​inklusive, meninte helgdagar.

2.Priseroch fraktkostnader

2.1Beställningardebiteras baserat på det pris som gäller vidbeställningstillfället. Priserna påprodukterna inkluderar aktuell moms. Viförbehåller oss rätten att ändra prisetutan föregående meddelande. Vibehåller, eller våra partners behålleräganderätten till produkterna tillsköpeskillingen har betalats helt.

2.2Leveransav beställningen är i princip kostnadsfri för kunden. Produkter ilagerlevereras inom 3 arbetsdagar från mottagandet av betalningen.Produktensleveranstid är vanligtvis 3-7 arbetsdagar. Vi förbehåller oss rättentillförseningar i leveranser. Vi kan inte garantera leverans en viss dag ochviansvarar inte för några förseningar.

3.Betalningsvillkor

4.Returpolicy

När duköperMurop-partnervaror har du en lagstadgad ångerrätt:

Det förstadubör veta är att om du bestämmer dig för att returnera varor kan dukontaktakundtjänst för att begära instruktioner.

Informationomångerrätten:

Du harrättatt återkalla detta avtal inom 14 dagar utan att ange någraskäl.Återkallandeperioden är 14 dagar från den dag då du, eller en tredje partsomdu har utsett (men som inte är transportören), tog det sista föremåletibesittning. Kunden bör svara för kostnaden för leveransservice förattreturnera varorna.

Förattkunna utöva din ångerrätt måste du meddela oss (Murop AB, Pionjärvägen 23,19560 Arlandastad, telefon: +46708795543, e-post: info@murop.com) om dittbeslutatt återkalla avtalet genom att skicka oss ett entydigt förklaring (t.ex.ettbrev som skickas per post eller e-post). Om du vill kan du använda detbifogadeåterkallningsformuläret, men det finns inget krav på det.

Du kanocksåfylla i och skicka in återkallningsformuläret eller annan entydigförklaringonline via kontaktformuläret på vår webbplats. Om du skickar in dittmeddelandeom återkallelse online skickar vi en bekräftelse på mottagandet utanonödigtdröjsmål (t.ex. via e-post). Du anses ha följt återkallelseperioden omduskickar ditt meddelande om återkallelse innan en sådan period löper ut.

Konsekvenseravåterkallande

Omduåterkallar detta avtal måste vi återbetala alla betalningar vi fått fråndigutan onödigt dröjsmål och åtminstone inom 14 dagar från den dag då vi fickdittmeddelande om återkallande av detta avtal. Återbetalningar behandlas medsammabetalningsmetod som du använde för den ursprungliga transaktionen, såvidainteannat uttryckligen avtalats med dig. Vi tar inte ut några avgifterföråterbetalningen. Vi kan avstå från att slutföra din återbetalning tills viharfått tillbaka varorna, eller så har du gett oss bevis på att du har returneratvarorna,beroende på vilket som inträffar tidigare.

Duärskyldig att returnera eller överlämna alla varor till oss utanonödigtdröjsmål, men åtminstone inom 14 dagar från den dag då du meddelade ossatt duåterkallade detta avtal.

Ovanståendekravanses vara uppfyllt om du returnerar varorna före utgången av14-dagarsperioden.Du kommer att behöva betala returfraktkostnaderna. Du ärockså skyldig att täckaeventuella avskrivningar i varornas värde omavskrivningen kan hänföras till dinfelaktiga hantering av varorna när duundersöker dess skick, egenskaper och funktion.

5.Återbetalningar

Eventuellaåterbetalningarbetalas automatiskt till det konto du använde för betalningen.Förkontobetalningar och förskottsbetalning via överföring kommeråterbetalningenatt skickas till det konto från vilket betalningen gjordes. Omdu betalade medkreditkort skickas återbetalningen till ditt kreditkortskonto.Om du använde enkupong för ditt köp krediterar vi det relevanta beloppet tillditt kupongkonto.

7.Lagstadgadansvar för brister

7.1Tillämpligalagbestämmelser reglerar vårt ansvar för brister.

7.2Ansvarvid beställning av Murop-partnervaror: Ansvarsperioden för defekteriMurop-partnervaror är ett år. Anspråksansvar är därför endast giltigaförbrister som uppstår inom ett år efter leverans av Murop-partnervaror.

7.3Erbjudandensom görs tillgängliga på www.murop.com kan användas av personer somär minst 18år gamla.

7.4Varjekund har bara rätt att ha ett kundkonto hos Murop när som helst. Viförbehålleross rätten att radera flera registreringar.

We would like to familiarize you below with our standard terms and conditions, whichgovern how we process and settle your purchases.

Thewww.murop.com website offers "Murop partner merchandise" for sale,which is all merchandise that we offer onwww.murop.com, unless we adviseotherwise.

1.Formation of Contract and Delivery of Merchandise

1.1 Fororders placed online atwww.murop.com, we enter into Finnish or English languagecontracts only. You can choose your preferred language by using the languageselector in the header of the website.

1.2 Whenyou order Murop partner merchandise, your contract is with MuropAB, Pionjärvägen 23, Arlandastad.

1.3 Byclicking on "Buy now", you are placing a binding order for the itemsin your shopping cart. Once you have submitted your order, we will immediatelysend you an e-mail confirmation of your order. A binding contract is formedwhen you receive the order confirmation from us. Please note that items orderedby advanced payment(reserved) will be dispatched as soon as we receive paymentof the full purchase price and any shipping costs. We therefore ask you totransfer the purchase price immediately after receiving the order confirmation.

1.4 Youconsent to the assignment of the seller's claims for payment of the purchaseprice to third parties, in particular to Nets, Finland branch.

1.5Please note that, by way of exception, we are under no obligation to deliveryour order if our suppliers fail to deliver stock correctly or on time, despiteus having followed proper ordering practice at our end. For this exception toapply, we must not be legally responsible for the merchandise beingunavailable, and we must have notified you of the situation without unduedelay. In addition, we must not have assumed a procurement risk in relation tothe ordered merchandise. If merchandise is unavailable, we will refund anypayments made by you without undue delay.

1.6 We donot assume the risk of having to procure ordered merchandise elsewhere(procurement risk). This applies also to orders for generic goods (where onlythe type and features of the goods are described). We are obliged only to makedeliveries from our available stock and from the stock we have ordered from oursuppliers. Our stock includes the relevant Murop partner's stock where Muroppartner merchandise is ordered. We deliver from Finland, where time periods areexpressed in working days, we understand working days to mean all of the daysbetween Monday and Friday inclusive, but not public holidays.

2. Prices and Shipping Costs 

2.1Orders will be charged based on the price valid at the time of ordering. Theprices of the products include the current VAT. We reserve the right to changethe price without prior notice. We retain, or our partners retain the ownershipof the products until the purchase price has been paid in full.

2.2Delivery of the order is in principle free of charge for the customer. Productsin stock are shipped within 3 business days of receiving the payment. Productdelivery time is typically 3-7 business days. We reserve the right to anydelays in deliveries. We cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day and we arenot responsible for any delays.

3. Payment Terms 

Wegenerally accept the following payment methods: Cash in advance, credit card,online banking, and payment through WeChat pay or Alipay. The intermediary forthe payment is Klarna Ab, which is why the bank statement may show Klarna asrecipient of the payment. The payment is forwarded from Klarna to our onlineshop. You can track your order and pay any open invoices through Klarna. Byusing the Klarna Checkout service you accept the terms of Klarna Ab (556737-0431,Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm) that can be found at checkout. 4. ReturnPolicy

When youpurchase Murop partner merchandise you have a statutory right of revocation:

The firstthing you should know is that if you decide to return merchandise, you cancontact Customer Care to request instructions.

Informationregarding the right of revocation:

You havethe right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons.The period of revocation is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third partydesignated by you (but who is not the carrier), took possession of the lastitem of merchandise. The customer should take response for the cost of deliveryservice for returning the merchandise.

In orderto exercise your right of revocation you must notify us (MuropAB, Pionjärvägen 23, 195 60 Arlandastad, Telephone: +46708795543,e-mail: info@murop.com) of your decision to revoke the contract by sending usan unequivocal declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). If youwish, you may use the attached revocation form, but there is no requirement todo so.

You mayalso complete and submit the revocation form or other unequivocal declarationonline through the contact form on our website. If you submit your notice ofrevocation online, we will send you a confirmation of receipt without unduedelay (e.g. by e-mail). You will be deemed to have complied with the revocationperiod if you send your notice of revocation before such period expires.

Consequencesof revocation 

If yourevoke this contract, we are required to refund all payments we received fromyou without undue delay and at least within 14 days from the day on which wereceived your notice of revocation of this contract. Refunds will be processedusing the same method of payment which you used for the original transaction,unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will not charge you any fees forthe refund. We may hold off completing your refund until we have received themerchandise back, or you have supplied us with proof that you have returned themerchandise, whichever occurs earlier.

You are obligedto return or hand over all merchandise to us without undue delay, but at leastwithin 14 days from the day on which you gave us your notice of revocation ofthis contract.

The aboverequirement is deemed satisfied if you return the goods before expiry of the14-day period. You will be required to pay the return shipping costs. You arealso obliged to cover any depreciation in the value of merchandise if thedepreciation is attributable to your improper handling of the merchandise whenexamining its condition, properties and function.

The rightof cancellation expires prematurely for contracts subject to sealed goods whichhave been unsealed after delivery and which are not suitable for return due tohygienic reasons.

5. Refunds

Anyrefunds are paid automatically to the account you used for payment. For paymentson account and advance payment by funds transfer, the refund will be sent tothe account from which the payment was made. If you paid by credit card, therefund will be sent to your credit card account. If you used a voucher for yourpurchase, we will credit the relevant amount to your voucher account.

7.Statutory Liability for Defects

7.1 Therelevant statutory provisions govern our liability for defects.

7.2 Liabilitywhen ordering Murop partner merchandise: The liability periodfor defects of Murop partner merchandise is one year. Liability claims aretherefore only valid for defects that occur within one year after delivery ofMurop partner merchandise.

7.3 Theoffers made available atwww.murop.com can be used by persons of at least 18years of age.

7.4 Eachcustomer is only entitled to have one customer account with Murop at any time.We reserve the right to delete multiple registrations.
