1. Priser och fraktavgift
Beställningar debiteras baserat på det pris som gäller vid beställningstillfället. Priserna på produkterna inkluderar aktuell moms. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ändra priset utan föregående meddelande. Vi behåller äganderätten till produkterna tills köpeskillingen har betalats helt. Fraktavgift ingår i priserna.

2. Leveranstid
Produkter i lager skickas inom 3 arbetsdagar efter mottagandet av betalningen. Produktens leveranstid är vanligtvis 1-3 arbetsdagar, som inte inkluderar helger eller helgdagar. Observera att vi inte är skyldiga att leverera din beställning om våra leverantörer inte levererar lager korrekt eller i tid. Vi kan inte garantera leverans en viss dag och vi förbehåller oss rätten till leveransförseningar.

3. Garantier
Du kan alltid tillgripa vårt lagstadgade ansvar för produktens överensstämmelse. Alla krav eller frågor kan skickas till oss på info@murop.com eller via online-kontaktformuläret (https://www.murop.com/customer/contacts). Om du har fått en felaktig produkt, vänligen kontakta vår kundtjänst. Om dina produkter anlände skadade, vänligen maila vår kundtjänst med ett fotografi av de skadade föremålen i ett skott. Du måste också ange ordernummer och lista över skadade föremål.

4. Rätt att avbryta och returnera en beställning
Du har 14 dagars ångerrätt för att returnera ditt köp. Avbeställningsperioden på 14 dagar börjar vid mottagandet av de beställda varorna. Returerätten gäller endast oöppnade varor av hygieniska skäl. Föremålen måste ha alla sina etiketter och vara i perfekt skick. Du ansvarar för leveranskostnaden för att returnera varorna. Du är också skyldig att täcka avskrivningar på varornas värde om du beror på felaktig hantering av dem.
För att kunna utöva din ångerrätt måste du meddela oss att du vill avbryta ditt köp (Telefon: 0046 732056789, e-post: info@murop.com). Det räcker inte bara att skicka tillbaka varorna. Om du vill kan du använda återkallningsformuläret nedan, men det finns inget krav att göra det.

Du måste skicka varorna tillbaka inom 14 dagar efter att du informerat oss om returen. Vi tar inte ut några avgifter för återbetalningen. När de returnerade varorna har mottagits kommer vi att kontrollera deras skick, egenskaper och funktion för att verifiera att de uppfyller ovan nämnda villkor.
Återbetalningen kommer att göras med samma betalningsmetod som för att göra köpet. Om du till exempel betalade med kreditkort skickas återbetalningen till ditt kreditkortskonto. Återbetalningar görs inom 14 dagar efter mottagandet av din avbokningsförfrågan. Vi kan dock hålla tillbaka återbetalningen tills vi har mottagit de returnerade varorna eller bevis för att du har returnerat dem.

Return Policy

When you purchase Murop partner merchandise you have a statutory right of revocation:

If you decide to return merchandise, you can contact Customer Care to request instructions.

Information regarding the right of revocation:

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. The period of revocation is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (but who is not the carrier), took possession of the last item of merchandise. The customer should take response for the cost of delivery service for returning the merchandise.

In order to exercise your right of revocation you must notify us (Murop AB, Pionjärvägen 23, Arlandastad, Telephone: 0046 708795543, e-mail: info@murop.com) of your decision to revoke the contract by sending us an unequivocal declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). If you wish, you may use the attached revocation form, but there is no requirement to do so.

You may also complete and submit the revocation form or other unequivocal declaration online through the contact form on our website. If you submit your notice of revocation online, we will send you a confirmation of receipt without undue delay (e.g. by e-mail). You will be deemed to have complied with the revocation period if you send your notice of revocation before such period expires.

Consequences of revocation 

If you revoke this contract, we are required to refund all payments we received from you without undue delay and at least within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of revocation of this contract. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment which you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will not charge you any fees for the refund. We may hold off completing your refund until we have received the merchandise back, or you have supplied us with proof that you have returned the merchandise, whichever occurs earlier.

You are obliged to return or hand over all merchandise to us without undue delay, but at least within 14 days from the day on which you gave us your notice of revocation of this contract.

The above requirement is deemed satisfied if you return the goods before expiry of the 14-day period. You will be required to pay the return shipping costs. You are also obliged to cover any depreciation in the value of merchandise if the depreciation is attributable to your improper handling of the merchandise when examining its condition, properties and function.
